Always a nice stay. Polite responsive friendly staff. I do not enjoy the new parking rate. 23$ is too high. Metv and the Frame channel is still not available either. Tv options are limited. Pool facilities are excellent. Nice old hotel

A comfortable and well appointed property.
Some maintenance being done during the slow season but the property was imaculate and well appointed. I woul d recommend this property for anyone travelling with a family. The recreation facilities are excellent and the location in downtown Victoria makes access to everything very easy.

The place was well equipped. I did not enjoy paying $22 a night for parking in an empty parking lot that could fit 100 cars other than that it was a great experience.

We liked the way we were treated by the staff. They were fast, friendly and efficient. It is in a wonderful location which was very walkable to many attractions. We really appreciated our upgrade. We wish we didn’t have to pay for parking. All inclusive would be better.

It was what I call a classic hotel and it was excellent in that it was so kept up. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. It had everything you could want. The downstairs billiards room, the game room and small store were great. I will recommend to friends.
