Had a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen which was great for a week stay. Staff are lovely and helpful, cleaning staff do an excellent job daily. Comfortable room, good mattress and pull out sofa, full size fridge and stove, and lots of space to move around. All the facilities are really clean, and very inexpensive guest laundry and vending machines. Really appreciated that part as hotels usually overcharge on those 2 extras. Convenient to getting around Victoria while avoiding finding parking downtown. Still close enough to downtown without the steep nightly cost. Will def stay again and recommend. Great value for the price

Always stay here when I work in town. You can't go wrong for the price. Staff are quick and friendly with check in. Parking lot is well lit if you are worried about theft. Lots of security cameras for peace of mind.

This suite had a full kitchen complete with pots and pans, a toaster, utensils and a good sized refrigerator. Since there isn’t a real close restaurant (the Jade was closed for remodeling) this was very handy. The overall room/suite was spacious and very clean. The room (401) had some street noise from Douglas Street, but it did quiet down. My only complaint was the parking. I had to park in the back parking lot each night of my three night stay. It was a fair walk in the rain & dark of night. However, the lot was well-lit. I would stay here again, if the nightly rate stays reasonable.
