Older hotel, hole in the ottoman, blinds broken, breakfast was the worst we ever had..fake eggs, greasy sausage patties, bread for toast (only half of toaster worked). Waffle iron available, yogurt, juice.
2 kinds of cereal...Very basic. Will not stay here again.
Booked & paid for a room in advance & drive from the airport several hours away because of the situation in Houston only to arrive and be told I didn't have a room, even after I showed the clerk my confirmation email along with payment in full taken out of my account
Staff was very friendly and professional. Very helpful in bringing in my service dog. Would have like to have been able to have a little later check-out time, but I understand there were others that had reservations for the room. Overall, I will be back to use your accommodations. Thanks.
