Our room 220 smelled of mold covered with Pinesol cleaner. You can open a window but there are no screens so bugs get in. Tiny room, old furnishings, worn out fixtures. Looks nice from the outside. McDonalds was accross the street and was convenient. Hospital and groc store down the road. Not what you would find usually in Victoria by way of any high standards. No bed bugs thankfully.

It was a bit of a struggle to get the checkout date changed for earlier departure but was assured that it would be changed. When I went to checkout the clerk apparently did not see the change in the computer. I did not get any receipt for my stay and hope that the one that is emailed reflects that we stayed one less day.
