We had a medical emergency in our room. A member of our family has a seizure disorder and had a severe seizure. There was a lot of blood, vomit, and other bodily fluids. After we came back from the hospital, we asked if they could please give us a different room as a result of the bio hazardous mess. Because it was an Expedia booking, we were denied that compassion. They had one young woman working and put her in the position of cleaning up the mess without proper PPE. There was blood everywhere and this poor girl didn’t even have proper gloves. We had no where else to stay and no ability to pay for a second room. The manager and the Motel 6 company refused to open a door to one of their many empty rooms to allow us a peaceful sleep while our family member lay in the hospital, close to death. So, we had to stay in the room, which smelled awful. I will be following up with this event. Shame on you.

The bed was very comfortable so I had a great sleep, and the staff are all very kind and helpful. I accidentally left a personal item behind, which was promptly turned in by the housekeeping staff, and it was kept at the front desk for me so I was able to get it back. Much appreciated.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I accidentally left an item in my room after checking out, and when I called later in the day, the housekeeping staff had turned it in for me and it was being kept safe until I could pick it up. It was a little noisy from the highway in front, but not bad. I slept well.
