Our original trip to the island had to be changed due to the storms so we decided to stay in Victoria. Was able to get a room on the top floor with a view of the inner harbour. The floor was incredibly quiet and exactly what we wanted. The staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely be returning.

Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends.
