We arrived early, and was provided a room, however, very small and a bit old. Was disappointed with the room, amenities ok, was clean. Took way too long for hot water to shower. Enjoyed the lounge and outside patio area.

The overall experience was good. However, some basic hygiene issue with bathroom cleanliness. I noticed mold grew in the sink and that only showed me that was a built up over months and months of negligence. We couldn’t use the bathroom as we weren’t sure what the tub might be in terms of mold. And the front receptionist simply waved my parking ticket for this issue!

We liked everything about the property. Its location allowed for walking around town. It is nect door to the BC Legislature which was lit up for the season. You can walk to the harbour and the straight. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Room was large and well appointed. The restaurant was very good.
