It was good but check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am is terrible. Arrived at 11 am requested earlier check in, they said they would contacto us when room eas ready and never did. No toiletries kits, no shower cap, no drinking water or coffee. Very basic for the price.

10:25 • Safari I LTE 57) Review your stay ★ Excellent Share a review for this property* The Hotel Grand Pacific was a luxurious stay on my 4 week mostly camping road trip. The hotel staff allowed me to check in a couple of hours early which gave me a much needed chance to clean up before exploring Victoria. I would not count on early check in however, I think my timing was just between busy days. Lovely bed and linens. The entire staff from bellboy to bartender was wonderful, polite, friendly, and willing to help. Note: Did not take a photo of room as the website photos were accurate. But here's a couple of views from my room on the 7th floor.

Hotel Grand is a nice property in an epic location downtown Victoria. Only catch, some of the rooms haven’t been upgraded and show some wear and tear. They’re still quite nice, but if you want a premium experience select a room that indicates it’s been upgraded.
