I asked for late check out without giving them the room number , the guy in the front desk was rude and give me 30 minutes only beyond 11am saying it’s hotel policy. My wife called an hour later asking for late check out and give her until 12:30pm 😂😂 My bad I don’t have that white accent and god made me brown. That peace of 💩 was the only bad thing I experienced in this hotel
