I’m giving a not so great review this time for a couple of reasons the first being our room was not properly room serviced. We stayed there two nights and after a long day we got back late at night to find our beds weren’t made and nothing had been cleaned or tidied. I know this sounds like first world problems but when you pay good money to stay I would at least like to come back to a made bed. The second is the charging for parking ( like are you serious ) such a cash grab on this one it’s so unnecessary. We have stayed her many of times and I’ve never been disappointed but this time around I was.

Be prepared for emergencies
Lovely room, very spacious and clean. Power went out 7 am. Glad we had flashlights as no emergency lighting in room and little in hallway. Took a while to get through to someone to see if we could get out of the parkade. Jim, Maintenance, arrived quickly and was very helpful. Thank you!!! Disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the morning. A credit would be appreciated.

We liked the size of our suite and the kitchen with its amenities. If we needed something it appeared. We would have liked a pool and work out area without paying extra at community centre. Maybe a free day pass for a 2 or more night stay? Also free or much cheaper parking would have been helpful.
