On our second night, we saw a mouse in the room. We went to the front desk and told the clerk about the mouse. They apologized, but did not take any action to remove the mouse. They said that they would comp us one night, but because we paid in advance through Expedia.ca, they would have to do through Expedia. It has now been more than one week since we returned, but we have not received a refund of one night. We are still waiting.

Conveniently located. Very very small rooms though. No AC would be a problem in the summertime. Could hear everything going on in the room next to us so it made it a bit uncomfortable knowing that they could probably hear us. They were noisy so we could hear their tv all night.

The Days Inn is the perfect budget stay in Victoria. The location is among the best in Victoria and the hotel has great amenities. What really sets the Days Inn apart is the excellent staff. Better than the Fairmont Victoria! Our room (harbour view) was very comfortable- especially the beds. Travellers should know that there is no AC in the rooms but there is a fan. The parking is very convenient- the hotel has a street level lot with many spaces. The Belleville restaurant downstairs is also very good with excellent staff as well.
