very convivence location and within walking distance to the downtown Victoria area. Friendly staffs and clean place. The bed was comfortable and the only thing we do not like was the shower head. It cannot be adjusted for water speed. Definitely will pick stay at this hotel again.

While the room itself was lovely, the view to a parking lot was not, nor was the constant hum from some kind of equipment and the occasional sound of a washing machine spinning. It is very convenient to downtown Victoria and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights over spring break with our 8 and 11 year old children. We had a standard room with 2 queen beds. Everything was amazing from check in to check out. The location was amazing, the price was great and the staff was wonderful. If I was to complain about anything I would say the pool was fairly busy every time we went but to be expected over spring break. Highly recommend!!

Was there for one night to see a concert. Went to clives after the show and was very pleased with the drinks and the surpised at how good the food was, the rooms were clean and mordern for the age of the building. This was out frist time staying here

Lovely room which included a microwave and some dishes which proved to be very handy. Particularly appreciated the kettle in the room, as a tea drinker I like to be able to boil water without filtering through a coffee maker. The location of the hotel was easy walking distance to everything we had planned to do while visiting. I thought the room rates were reasonable and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting the area.

My stay was overall wonderful! The hotel has been beautifully renovated, and everything was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the amenities were great. However, we stayed on the third floor, and there was a noticeable noise coming from above—possibly washers or dryers—which was quite disturbing at times. Other than that, it was a great experience. I’d recommend it, but lighter sleepers may want to request a quieter room.
