When arriving to hotel for check in, they could not find my reservation. After several minutes of looking into it, I was informed another guest had checked in using my name and was given my room! After a long hot day in the sun all we wanted to do was relax and cool off in our room but had to wait almost thirty additional minutes for them to find us another room which thankfully they had because the hotel was completely booked as per the host. The room that was given to us had pieces of the carpet missing, a line through the TV, 2 phones but did not work and the alarm clock did not work as well. It was as if those things were just merely there for decoration. There was also no hand soap or towels in the bathroom.

Great option for a budget friendly stay.

Beds were comfy, ample space within the room. I felt like the A/C never got as cool as we wanted, but was still comfortable. One comment I do have is just the amount of light in the hall way shinning through the bottom of the door was extremely bright, even in the dead of night. I felt like there could be a lower setting for after midnight or something, but it brought quite a bit of light into the room, however we were able to stuff a towel under the door to help mitigate. Great breakfast in the morning for the kids. Great option for a budget friendly stay. Overall 4 stars.

Really enjoyed they stay beds were so comfortable was so relieved and astonished by the shampoo and conditioner and bodywash bottles didnt have to purchase everyone could shower and there was enough really loved how you all thought about the cx. Didnt like that at 1 somrthing in the morning there was some girls yelling help really got my heart racing and when we and other ppl opened doors she was like i just fell..that was the only bada thing but enjoyed my stay
