The pool was great, clean area and they even supply you with pool towels. The pool is only open during office hours hence closed at 5pm but it didnt seem to bother anyone.

Nicely appointed studio room with all you could need (mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea making facilities and supplies). Surprisingly quiet for a big hotel and a peak season stay. Only thing is the lack of proper black out curtains. Only blinds, which were insufficient to keep light out. So if you're a light sleeper and sensitive to this, a eye mask is essential. Handy parking directly behind the apartments. Be aware there are stairs and no lift to upper levels if you have mobility concerns.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the property, even though there were quite a number of stairs (interesting given my recent hip replacement but I managed). Apartment was fairly clean and very comfortable. There was no view from our room but that didn’t matter to us. There was no milk in the fridge (to accompany the complimentary tea/coffee) but a quick trip to reception fixed that. The pool was nice (not very deep) but could do with more shade options. Pool towels were readily available and a used towel tub was next to the tables, which was nice. Staff at reception were friendly and very accommodating. Parking was easy and access to the property was simple. The nearby Whalers Inn restaurant also had wonderful staff and lots of dining options. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again. Location is beautiful and nice to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas.

The room we booked was not cleaned and upon advising the receptionist she upgraded to the next level. We felt so bkessed and grateful to her as we had travelled for a while to get there and had an early start the next day. Great customer service and problem solving on the spot. She was lovely and kind, respectful and took responsibility. Not alot of people do these days. What a gem.

On the bluff with view of encounter bay n victor h

The apt was v good- looks recently renovated. Bathroom new finish was excellent. The original building is dated n we were located on the second floor had many steps to get to it. But once in there on the balcony looking at the sea n view , all is forgotten. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook a meal. Parking under the building in allocated space. A little squeezy if car next door doesn’t park in their space
