The staff was excellent Zaina sp and Brittney upon check-in were friendly, personable, but the room was not clean, the window was streaked, it was dusty particularly in the corners in the bathroom but all over, it just didn't even feel clean. There was a used band-aid on the bathroom sink and later floor since it was knocked off by either me or my guest. I certainly didn't want to touch it. Also, the sink had short look to be course male hair follicles in the sink; not many but they were there. We killed a lady bug and a small black bug in the window seal. I'm sure the housekeeper was doing the best she could, but the room really didn't feel clean. What I hated about the room MOST was the shower. OMG! First of all, the shower head had been positioned outward facing the glass so when I reached around the glass to strain and turn the shower on, the water from the shower head wet the floor because it was pointed directly at the glass that was not sealed and the shower door was on incorrectly. Picture this, I reached around the shower door to reach the knob to start the shower, because of the way the shower door is on you have to reach around it to turn on the shower and I could only turn it to cold because my arms are so short, to turn it off or to try and mix it with hot, I would have to step all the way into the shower while it's blasting me and try to adjust it. There is no way to reach into the shower and not get wet.
