Nice hotel had an amazing room on ground floor, sadly no English speaking channels on TV. Television was capable of Netflix but didn’t have access to password or ability to put in my own details. Within walking distance of town an nice restaurants

We found accessing the hotel rather difficult. The restaurant was being renovated so dining facilties were very limited. A kettle and coffee making facilities were provided but there was no where convenient to plug in the kettle. The hotel was close to the castle district and this was a plus.

A gem, worth the money.
Nice hotel with friendly service in a re-purposed historic home. Located right in the center of everything between the castle hill and a neighboring hill that has the zoo on it. The only drawback is that the restaurant was closed, which I suspect was because of low occupancy; this seems to be a typical in this part of the world.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Veszprem, Hungary.
Our stay was wonderful at the Historia & Historante Hotel. The renovated old building is full with beautiful charming details and immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfectly located within walking distance to everything interested to see in Veszprem. I would highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Veszprem.

Very nice hotel in very nice town
Historia & Historante is right in the middle of charming Veszprem. The room was small but very clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed the "wellness" pool, which was similar to a hot tub, but not as hot. The hotel also had a sauna, which was very nice. Breakfast was quite good.

Fantastic hotel, great vale for money
this was a last minute booking for us on a three week trip - and probably the best place we stayed for the best price. Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, nice breakfast. Location perhaps not that convenient if you are without a car (we had one so not an issue, & parking was provided free of charge) but other than that, excellent all round. Fully recommend!

My son and I stayed here for three nights. Great location. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed directions, etc. Had some computer issues and hotel staff worked hard to help me fix that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Parking was also very convenient.

I loved this hotel which I stayed at for 2 nights last week. I was lucky enough to be allocated a room which had an entrance, separate room with desk and a single bed, large bedroom and large bathroom. Very comfy suite! Breakfast was good, lots of cold items and hot food to order. Very nice jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna area which I used on my own. Veszprem itself is a very beautiful but quiet town this time of year. Would definitely recommend for both business and pleasure.

One night!
We stayed at this property for one night and were very happy with the property. It was a little isolated, but within a short walk you were near several nice restaurants and it had nice secure (free) parking in the courtyard. So if you end up in this sleepy little city, it would be a really nice option.

A Fabulous Find!
This hotel is a rare gem. Renovated within the past year, the rooms are lovely....the restaurant is top notch, breakfast terrific, and even more....the staff is the friendliest, most professional we've encountered. They are responsive, helpful, cheerful, and make you feel totally special! Just a few steps away from the historic walled city which is a gem! Great location with easy access to Herend, Budapest, Balaton, etc. Highly recommend.....we will return!
