Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower!

Absolutely wonderful hotel close to the centre of Verona and the railway station. Staff at both check in and out were helpful and lovely. Breakfast was great with lots of options available. I travelled with my dog and there were no issues at all.

I picked the hotel for the location - close to train station and also walkable to city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and suitable for someone on a wheelchair. Room amenities look a bit outdated but everything works and the room was spotlessly clean. Staff made some admin error but otherwise friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Would have been nice to have a secure room for early check in luggage. Check out was far too busy for one person especially when there was another person just sitting at the desk and didn’t assist. Beautiful hotel though and would definitely stay there again!

When we arrived (by car) peaple on the desk helped to find the parking, gave us information about food, entertainmets. The room was located on the upper level so we had very nice view. The room was very clean, convenient, tea, coffee, etc. were provided. Also we.ve had the breakfest included - very good inclusion.

Had a room with for a family of 4 that was located in the adjacent building to the main hotel. Room was large and good shape and clean. Very good breakfast buffet. Located about 10 min walk from train station and city center. Was very happy with our experience.
