The overall was good. Couldn’t get the A/C to cool down the room to a comfortable level. The chain on the door was not viable. The restaurant was nice, as was the decor.

Hotel itself was nice and clean but the location is horrible, almost middle of nowhere. They have a shuttle but it's always overbooked, not flexible with hours. We end up paying a lot for taxi just to get us to the center where we should dine or shop.

I usually like the Best Western hotels which is why I booked it , this one was nice however!!! It was so far from the city center, ( I didn’t realize ), but it ended up being inconvenient and a hassle to get anywhere. If you have a car then it’s perfect , but if you don’t, I would choose elsewhere.

Faraway from the city center but taxi cost only 16€. On the other hand it’s a great place especially according to the value. It has big rooms, free parking and very friend/profesional staff.

A great hotel, albeit a few miles away from Verona, very close to the highway, Clean large rooms, good size bathroom, comfortable beds, large car park, very helpful and friendly check in staff. The breakfast spread is very large but limited for vegetarians, Will stay here again
