Reception staff was amazing. We arrived really early, just hoping to leave our luggage, but they checked our room and said it was ready and we can check in straight away. This allowed us to refresh before continuing out daily plans. When we came back in the evening shattered and wanted a quick dinner in the restaurant we were told its not possible to get a seating until an hour later, which was not ideal, but we were told that we could order a room service and will receive it in 45 mins, so this was great. However when the food arrived, the pizza and the soup have been so salty they were almost inedible but we were so hungry we sucked it up. So in summary- great reception staff, comfortable room, and location wise on outskirts so no traffic, but you do need your own transport. Restaurant staff get the thumbs down though.

The overall was good. Couldn’t get the A/C to cool down the room to a comfortable level. The chain on the door was not viable. The restaurant was nice, as was the decor.

Hotel itself was nice and clean but the location is horrible, almost middle of nowhere. They have a shuttle but it's always overbooked, not flexible with hours. We end up paying a lot for taxi just to get us to the center where we should dine or shop.

I usually like the Best Western hotels which is why I booked it , this one was nice however!!! It was so far from the city center, ( I didn’t realize ), but it ended up being inconvenient and a hassle to get anywhere. If you have a car then it’s perfect , but if you don’t, I would choose elsewhere.
