Nice but way too bright

It was pet friendly and room was nice but they have shutters on the windows and not black out curtains. There are a ton of bright overhead lights and so the room was way too bright all night even with the shutters closed. Also the bedding is just like a thin sheet and not warming.

It is really nice in cleanliness, new decor and quietness. Breakfast was delicious, home cooked not microwaved. Fresh fruit, juices. Pleasant staff and willing to accommodate. Very family oriented.

Upon arrival there was a gang smoking weed and playing loud music in their room/spilling out into the car park. We requested a room change as this was next to the assigned room. This was performed and the second room assigned was above another group drinking outside their rooms and by their cars. We then informed the front desk of this and the only answer was having to pay for an upgrade. This made that evening extremely uncomfortable as we didn’t feel safe to leave our room and enjoy the area. We will not be returning to this hotel or group again as this seems to be the clientele and environment they deem acceptable. Tk make the stay even more unforgettable the bathroom extractor fan was covered in mould. Thankfully we only stayed the one night however if it had been multiple then we would have left as the dangers from mould is unacceptable.

Pretty Good!

The hotel was fine and staff was friendly. We did have some neighbors who had about 15 people in the room so they were noisy. There was also a strange noise that sounded like a washer machine out of balance several times in the middle of the night all the way till about 6 or 7am. This woke us up several times. it was reported at check out. And no, it wasn't a couple in the middle of lovemaking! this was definitely a mechanical noise.
