Nice king suite. Low water pressure and uncomfortable pillows but otherwise great. I like that there is a ceiling fan. Sofa bed dated. Very quiet and good breakfast choices.

Upon arrival we were just handed our keys, to learn the next day I needed to finish the check in process. Cleaning staff left a cleaning cart in front of elevator, had to move to exit. Called operator needing more towels , was told come to desk. I went and waited 15 minutes , no attendant on desk. Had live roaches in my bathroom where the water after every shower leaks on cove base and wall.
