Disappointing Stay Due to Cleanliness Issues
I stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Port St. Lucie from October 14th to October 16th, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed several cleanliness issues: • Sofa Couch: The sofa couch was visibly stained and appeared unclean. • Bed Linens: The bed linens did not seem fresh and had noticeable marks on them. • Bathroom: The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, with residue in the sink and shower areas. I reported these issues to the front desk and was asked by the front desk supervisor to show her the problems in my room. I did so, hoping for a prompt resolution. However, despite acknowledging the issues, no action was taken to address my concerns, and we were not offered any form of compensation or assistance during our stay. This lack of responsiveness was disappointing and added to our frustration. As someone who frequently stays at Marriott properties, I have come to expect a high standard of cleanliness and customer service. This experience did not meet those expectations and has left me hesitant to return to this location. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a better experience.

1 out of 2 of our rooms had damp carpet around our AC unit. It started to smell like mold. Sitting on the sofa and cushions felt old. Overall suite layout was nice and spacious. Breakfast was alright. The turkey patty sasuage was not great and was dry. Waffles were good tho. Dining booths by the walls were small. So, better get the main tables in the middle. Overall, was a decent experience.

We went here to escape our area which was under threat from Hurricane Milton. We loved everything about this place. Friendly and accommodating staff (they had the room we requested online available for us). Big room, good tv channel selection, really comfortable bed, good breakfast - everything was great. We wanted to stay longer but they were already fully booked for the next day due to the weather. This is a nice area of town with lots of shops and stores close by. Only one downside; there's only 1 elevator (which seems strange for as big as this hotel is), so you will have some waiting around at times if you don't want to use the stairs. If we ever get back this way, we will definitely stay here again.
