Had to wait for check in as person seemed to be on a personal phone call. Room as ok but bathroom needed some updating. It was loud outside room and also sits on main road so could hear the traffic pass by.

Stayed here for one night passing through on our way to the keys. Easy check in and room was average. We weren’t looking for anything fancy,just a bed and shower. Not dirty but not spotless either. Overall not horrible but wouldn’t recommend an extended stay.

Run away do not stay.

Lets start with the good. The staff was great very friendly. The room was probably as clean as it can be. People in the next room were very friendly. The chair was really messed up from cats clawing it. The cieling looks like it is ready to cave in. The tub needed to be replaced years ago. I will post pictures. The resident racoon kinda scared me. Stood at the tree and looked at my dog and I The handy man needs better skills. You can see e all arou d the door

I did not get any rest ppl where arguing and slamming doors call the front desk they did nothing called the cops and they came out after they left within a hour they was back at it stay far away from this place it’s a drug hotel and it’s like zombies walking all night

An Absolute S**THole

Where to start: the cracked toilet set, the clogged sink drain, the room telephone that didn't work, the TV remote, wrapped in tape that didn't work, the TV that came on with one channel, the burns in the bed covering, the loud music in the the wee hours after the form desk called and asked to stop....enjoy your stay at this dump

Always Remember, You Get What You Pay For!

I have stayed at the Red Roof many times. It is budget friendly option with a convenient location and decent rooms. My main issue with my last stay is that I stayed in a room that I have been in several times. This time, the condition of the room was not as satisfactory as it normally is. The sink faucet was broken, the water pressure was very low, the shower rod in the bathroom was broken, and the sheets were uncomfortably rough. I guess they stopped using fabric softener or something but it literally felt like I was sleeping on sand paper. The other issue I had is one that I experienced for the first time. I was advised by the hotel staff that the price had increased since the time I booked my stay and that I needed to pay the difference. I paid, but I was not happy about it. If I book a room in advance and pay in advance, I expect my payment to be considered paid in full regardless off price fluctuations after the fact. Had the price decreased, I doubt if I would have been provided a refund. Overall, the stay was good. The hotel served its purpose.
