We checked in the hotel after driving 8 hours on a Easter weekend we understood we got into our room about 12:00 Easter morning there was a roach floating in the toilet there was roaches smashed on the wall that was roaches crawling all over the floor there was blood on the pillowcase dirt stuck to the really sticky I understood that we stayed in the room for 2 days we asked for half of the first day back or some of our money back and we will refuse said the boss was not on property prior to the front desk when we arrived at the property of the front desk clerk had her pants and zipped listening to music gave us a very nasty attitude we would like a refund or we could dispute the charges we have pictures of the roaches that they're the blood show them to the front that's clerk and was refused any refund and we had pictures of how we left the room

I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend staying here. There were roaches in the room to start. The towel bar in the bathroom is pulling away from the dry wall, leaving visible holes. There was hair on the bathroom floor around the toilet and water seeping from somewhere in the bathroom. The bathroom also had copious amounts of spray foam that was used to seal or close something, and looks really tacky. There was also hair in the bed and a dead bug. Very gross. I would have left, except they have a no refund policy and I wasn’t going to lose my money. Yes, the price is good - but it’s not a good value proposition. I was worried bugs might get in the luggage so couldn’t keep it in the room. Hard pass.
