They charged me for a night I did not stay, and Red Roof AND EXPEDIA have not returned my money for night I did not stay. Both Red Roof & Expedia were told a week prior that I would not be staying Jan 7th & they could re-rent the room. I had $20 cancellation insurance that included Red Roof. That trip was cancelled..

That hotel it no clean no conditions to stay the wall with hole roaches hair in the towels the floors look like they don’t mapped they eve have little bugs in the shower the tv remote don’t work horrible I have to go to different places because the don’t whant to cancel my reservation

A basic room
This Red Roof Inn is a very basic hotel. The room did not have any table or chair, only the bed. The TV had wires hanging down from it. It did not work at first, and then two people came to fix it. The air conditioner is quite noisy.

Horrible service
Service was horrible at the main office and also we had to wait more time because the room wasn’t ready at the time and also we were 4 people in one room and there was only a small sized towel and we called to the room service and didn’t the towels never came, don’t recommend this place to anybody.
