Nice location...but

Like staying here close to I 95 and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. They allow pets which is good. Property needs updating and bathroom needs painting and get rid of old tile and rust.

It was good very clean nice rooms the only bad thing I can say about it was some of the people there stayed up all night and hung out by the balcony definitely should have a policy in place about loitering

value and convenience

We needed a room and hot shower for a quick turn around. The property is convenient to 20th street (HWY 60) and I-95. Close to fuel and food places. IHOP in on property and several fuel options with in walking distance. The room was clean. Minimum accessories. No Fridge or Microwave or coffee pot. Hand Soap dispenser was emtpy. Standup tile shower was great. We stayed on first floor in between two rooms that had occupants with pets. Upstairs had a child running across floor all night. We got the 2 bed option room. Beds are comfy and TV worked great. They do require a $50.00 deposit refundable after your stay to be put back on card 2-3 days after if no issues. We were not aware of this. We did get it refunded about 48 hrs prior. We booked with hotels.com for discount rate. Tried to book directly with hotel and could not offer discount???? Was told to book online.

I stayed there because it was close to where i needed to be. But it was noisy, men shouting at 11 pm, woman and child shouting at 3 am! there was a hole in the bathroom door, light switches hidden behind the door, no hair dryer. I arrived at 9pm, left at 5 am, so didn't see the area in daylight, but it seemed okay.

They charged me for a night I did not stay, and Red Roof AND EXPEDIA have not returned my money for night I did not stay. Both Red Roof & Expedia were told a week prior that I would not be staying Jan 7th & they could re-rent the room. I had $20 cancellation insurance that included Red Roof. That trip was cancelled..
