Hallways smelled like cigarettes, room was dirty/not swept and very sandy, pillows did not have pillow cases for some reason, and the bed was ridiculously hard. Very clear rust spots throughout the bathroom and the floor was sticky as well. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

There seems to be a problem with their housekeeping. the common areas were dirty and still dirty when we left 4 days later. same spills were not cleaned in the elevator. It carried thru into the dining area, no staff was wiping tables after guests leave and their crumbs and spills remained for the new guests to wipe off the tables. Coffee and milk for cereal was not replinished. Guests were complaining that there was no coffee at 9 AM.

Need a new manager

I’ve stayed at this place many times about 3 years ago but the management must of changed. First the tap pay, they wouldn’t accept it, than she asked for my phone number my e mail my car info when I already gave her my ID and a credit card. Than I can’t even smoke on the balcony. Than get to the room, they didn’t have bar soap, the sink wouldn’t drain and honestly, everything in the room was old

Been there, done that.

Requested a king deluxe room with ocean view. Given handicapped room bottom floor in between a family traveling with a handicapped person with autism. The screaming and noise level was loud all night. Ocean view is not ocean view at all. We didn’t sleep, pool right outside our porch. it took 3 days after our trip to contact a manager and be refunded. The room was ok but overall not what I was expecting for a weekend get away with my husband. The property made it right but even so, probably will not be back in that area ever again. Been there, done that.
