Loud unz, unz music at the pool. Lots of families- great for families but not really a couples place to hang. Below average food, not much selection either by the main pool or at the beachside pool. Drinks expensive for what they were- small plastic cups. VERY loud pool pump screeching 24hrs a day. Can not imagine having a room near it. The light of the overhead fan in our room turned on mysteriously by itself multiple times in the middle of the night, waking us. The housekeepers would wonderful, polite and accommodating.

Our Florida Staycation

The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us.

We enjoyed great service as always from Joseph at the main dining for breakfast. There is very evident lack of staffing where there is no poolside service as in the past, have to get your own towels, no more shuttle to the beach, and for all this lack of service, they now add a $40.00 Daily Resort Fee. First day there we ordered food at the side of the bar, after signing and adding gratuity, was told I had to come back and get because not staffed to bring to me. Not sure if I would recommend after over twenty visits to this property for the last 25 years.

Weekend beach getaway

The room itself was good , spacious and comfortable. Could have been cleaner as the floors were dirty and our room was not cleaned during our stay. There was even clothes from previous guest at the bottom of the closet space. The front desk really didn’t explain where the beach was and how to get to it other than by shuttle during their service hours and it was a bit disappointing when we couldn’t find it early in the morning to enjoy an early morning walk. Not too many food options in the nearby area. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach as I thought I would. Not all rooms are an easy walk to the beach which I thought was a little misleading from the website. Overall it was good for the weekend but I’m not sure if I’d stay again.
