The staff was nice and accommodating since my first room smelled like cat urine. I was moved to a different room with clogged sink. It was so late, I decided to stay in the room. The nice lady at the front desk gave me and my little one complimentary breakfast for our troubles. But the hotel itself is disgusting and dirty. Only nice thing was the pool and breakfast was good.

Horrible customer service

The toilet was not operating I complained four time to nor avail. They sent someone to the room twice just for the toilet to flush once after they left. Complained again they stated they had no one to assist at 3:44 in morning. I requested part of a refund just to be told I had to go through hotels.com. I need a refund!

Not the best experience. Room was not the cleanist i have stayed in. Curtain would not close (broken and frayed materiel). Informed the desk and they said they would send someone to repair but they never did during the 2 days before i checked out. Room looked very used with sopts on the couch. Also check in was lengthy even though i did the precheck. Front dest had no idea with the costs i prebooked through Expedia were. Right now there is still an extra $130 on my card that has not been removed?? Will probably have to dispute with AMX.

The abandoned building next door has trash all around it. The hotel itself is being renovated so that was an inconvenient the restaurant is not open all day long and their food is not that great and my room smelled like what paint and maybe I'll go back once the renovations are done but I don't recommend this hotel until they're done also the people next door to us were smoking weed and we notified the front desk three times and they did nothing

I know that the facility was about to go through renovations but that said, the tub didn’t drain, th smell though out was one of dank and mold. The room was never restocked between nights. I didn’t have the time to voice my concerns to the desk although other guest had complained as I was leaving.
