MY ROOM THAT I BOOKED THROUGH Expedia WAS NOT AVAILABLE!!! I booked and paid for a room with a pull out couch bed. When I checked in it was not available and I could not get a refund or a discount. I had to get a 2 queen room for 6 people with no cot or anything for my autistic grandson. I was there for a graduation and had no options other than buy a mattress for him to sleep on. The hotel clerk said he could do nothing about it and he took forever checking us in!! I mean 30 minutes or more!!! I expect a full refund and will continue to post bad reviews for both Expedia and Hampton Inn Stuart North!!!

The staff was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was Included and had a good selection. They had coffee, tea or cocoa 24hrs in the lobby. Loved that. Room was clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Parking easy.
