I would have rated this hotel a five star only problem I had, need to update the couch in the suite room. My room number was 314 and the couch was old nasty looking. But the beds was super soft.

The property was in very poor and dirty condition. There is no hot tub as advertised and the pool was filthy. The breakfast was awful, watery coffee and stale items.

We had a very nice stay. We stayed 4 nights, this was our 2 nd time staying here. The staff is always friendly. They had some construction on the top floor. During the day we were out of the room. The only thing we did not like was the smell of pot in the hall. But that is something we have had to deal with at other hotels we have stayed at. But overall great experience.

Just sad 😔!!

Mold in the bathroom. Advertisements stats there is a hot tub there is none, its now a table by the pool that was why we picked this place. All rooms are inside which i like for safety but the door that is key access only at the end of our hall way is broken and just unlocked. Anyone can get inside the hotel.And there was a bag of what I will assume to be some drugs outside the pool door. Overall disappointed is an understatement. I have pictures but i can not get your add pictures section to work.

The staff are wonderful. Friendly and professional. The property is clearly in need of attention. The toilet handle continuously got stuck. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. There are some strange odors on the elevators and room (turning on A/C helped).

I’ve stayed at various hotels for work in south Florida, this time the experience was very different, first of all I pre-paid for my room, on checking in the wanted to double charge me requesting a credit/debit card. Secondly they put me in a room for handicap, the shower head was very low, the restroom area need an immediate upgrade, I was very disappointed, wouldn’t be staying there again, poor standard.
