It was a very brief stay for us. We were NOT offered the VIP amenity. Unfortunately we did not have an opportunity to eat at the restaurant. But it looked nice. The room was very damp even with the AC on the dry setting. Room & bathroom were both clean.

Tried to check in 3 times before our room was ready, however, we did try before the 4pm check in time. No leeway at all. One member at check in didn’t know how to smile - just scowled at us! Railroad alongside was noisey.

This is our 3rd visit this year, we really like it as dining options are all walkable, you can hire bikes and canoes, 2 restaurants and other dining options walking distance from the resort, we will definitely come back soon

Friendly staff. We had a quick stay before a day of fishing at the inlet. My own opinion, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. Complimentary Coffee and snacks for purchase in the lobby. We will likely stay again.

We like the view by the water, staff always friendly and local bars a short walk away. We also hired a pair of bikes for free for an hour. It is only a short easy drive to Melbourne International Airport

Great venue and food. Property is very good but, must keep a close eye for pests. Woke up in the middle of the night and a small roach was near the clock, fortunately I was leaving the day after. Been at this hotel over 20 times and this is the first time I have encountered this.
