I have enjoyed my stay here 3 out of the last 4 times. The staff here is great, (thank you Vicky), with a convenient location. when I arrived on 06/01/25, I requested a last minute room change to a ground floor unit. Vicky hooked me right up. All is well until later when I go to bed to discover that the mattress is more than worn out with a huge pit in the middle. Very uncomfortable when you have spinal issues. Next, the toilet tank was not properly attached to the base and rattled when sat upon. The water pressure was marginal. AND...... for the kicker, hotel maintenance decided that 8:30 am was a perfect time to start performing repairs to the stairs directly adjacent to our room, 103N, with a hammer and chisel. Not cool. I will stay here again hoping not to encounter the same issues.

The pictures provided for the property were deceiving. There was someone else’s pubic hair in the tub and on the floor in the bathroom. I checked out of this hotel asap, and was very disappointed, ended up booking a room across town at the Hampton Inn.

This was a pleasant surprise for our family. The facility was clean, the staff was pleasant, the hotel was all suites. So there was more room than a usual hotel room. There was a larger than normal pool. The grounds were beautiful. My only issues that kept me from giving a higher rating was that the tub was slippery. There wasn’t a non-slip surface there and I almost fell twice but was saved by the grab bar inside the shower. Being on 2 blood thinners made that dangerous for me. There were also steep stairs- with no option for an elevator. The staff was kind enough to give us a ground floor room. Otherwise we had a good stay for 5 nights.
