O. K’est western plus

It was ok for what it was. Good breakfast, pool area was good, jacuzzi was ok. The room felt like it needed an update. Other then that, the staff was nice, room seemed clean, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Check in was great, Melissa was great! Our room smelled strongly of dog, not pleasant. The room was clean enough, but very loud, we heard doors closing and people talking until late night, Friday night I was awoken to the sound of a woman screaming, apparently she was being beaten up by her boyfriend. Breakfast was not the greatest, we had to go down road to get something to eat. I’m thinking that this is quite the party place, not my cup of tea. The pool was enjoyable though, I feel very confident when I say we will not be staying there again.

Excellent price, close to Earls Diner which we love, Sebastian is such a great place to stay, especially if you are using Melbourne International Airport, is just 30 minutes drive down the coast, we also had a voucher for 1 free drink at Capt Hirams Resort. I would definitely stay there again

I stayed there for about a week on a work project and Samantha, Melissa, and Kaitlin (sp?) were super helpful and courteous. The breakfast and the woman in charge of that were fantastic as well. I will recommend this hotel to my work colleagues in the future.

We were very disappointed with the staff as well as the reservations, and not having our booking when we arrive after calling and confirming several times. Only to find out that they put us as a no-show when we told them that we would be flying in later in the morning, and they did not put the notes in there after checking several times with them.
