The staff and the stay are exceptional. Perfect location This has become a family favorite for a simple vacay away from a night or two outside of our hometown of Kamloops. Only a short and extremely gorgeous scenic drive to Kelowna. Also ridiculously close to the most amazing public beach with nice sand, a great concession, and long dock and plenty of Lake and walkways to explore (Kalamalka Lake). This hotel is a hidden gem, where the pool and hottub is in the centre courtyard located in a cedar solarium with fresh trees and plants growing all around, and even a fresh natural flowing creek going right through the solarium.

Not very clean

The room was not very clean, bedside table still had sticky beverages marks on no it. There were bobby pins on the carpet by the bathroom door and by the beds. Just yuck

We didn’t spend much time here but the hotel was very quiet and clean . They accommodated early check in . Price was reasonable . There are dining options on site , we didn’t end up using them as we were there for a family function. The pool area is beautiful . Would definitely stay here again .

Love the indoor atrium. The pool is freezing though! The carpet should be removed since they water the plants daily and there is obvious mold. But great restaurants and very easy to hang out and catch up with friends while the kids play

The establishment itself is nice , the staff was nice, the courtyard is beautiful, however we arrived to a dirty bathroom in our room ,staff cleaned it for us cause no cleaning staff on site . It was extremely loud doors being slammed , children screaming and running around during quiet hours after 11 before 8 ! We booked to stay for Valentine’s Day and eat at the cabana in the courtyard and were told we couldn’t eat there because we didn’t have a reservation even after we received a discount to eat there from the hotel & it’s the hotel’s restaurant we were paying guests for the hotel .

The only thing that was disappointing was that I stayed here for the purpose of using the pool and hot tub but it was so busy that one group took over the whole pool and hot tub area right until closing so I never got to use either, very disappointed as this was my birthday gift!
