The rooms were clean and fairly new. It is right on the highway so the dust level is high but unavoidable due to the location.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpets have humps in them in the hallways and room and are a big tripping hazard. The muster sign had fallen from the ceiling and was hanging from the wires I. The middle of the hallway for our entire stay. The entire place seems sad and in need of attention. The staff was amazing

Not bad comfortable bed..quiet. Needs love.

Stay short, only two nights came with my mom. The beds are pretty good. The tap in the bathroom is very hard to use. It’s terrible. The chairs around the dinette in the dining room are sunken. There’s no cushion in the bum. The rooms are big and spacious but dated.

The rooms were great with a lovely deep bathtub. The front staff was efficient but not friendly and we got no "hellos" when walking past any staff which felt off. Thats the only thing I'd change.

They put us in the end room that is right outside a major freeway so basically paid $130 for an hours sleep.The girl at the desk said well next time you stay we'll give you a discount.Sorry there won't be a next time, by the way its room 119..Very bad service and im in the industry.

Problems solved !!!

While staying in Vernon - I took ill and the many hiway reports of snow were very disturbing so we hoped to extend our stay by one more night, in the same room, so we did not have to packup & unpack again. The front desk clerk said "no problem!! " We were thrilled and relieved and travelling the next day was totally problem free !!
