When I arrived there were no rooms available, the receptionist had a malicious attitude, it is a hotel that shows one thing on networks and when I arrived it is a very different one with dirty and poorly organized areas, when I was going to leave, as if by magic a room appeared, When I went to see it, it was in worse condition than anything I had seen. At the entrance there was a leak of water that filled the entire hallway, having to walk through the water and to get in I had to move two mattresses that were in the middle of the room. the door, when I was able to open the door the interior was in terrible condition in the end we had to leave, very upset I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and the rental platforms should be more aware of this since they are offering us something that not even they know how This is the quality, I made this reservation through TRIVAGO which directed me to EXPEDIA. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CONDITIONS *TRIBAGO AND EXPEDIA I SUGGEST YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF THE HOTELS SINCE I DID NOT EVEN HAVE A ROOM AND THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING ON THEIR PLATFORMS *

Me gustó el hotel, el precio es muy accesible y cumple con lo que promete, las camas podrían estar mejor, mi colchón estaba "sumido" por la mitad y sólo había un contacto en la habitación, fuera de eso, todo estuvo súper bien.

El hotel ya esta muy deteriorado, tu tenias que avisar que no habia agua caliente, porque los del hotel ni revisaban. Te daban una sola toalla, tienes que dejar deposito para que te den el control para la televisión. La chapa se atoraba mucho de la puerta principal y la chapa de la puerta al balcon no cerraba, las ventanas no tenian nada de seguridad y el ventilador hacia demasiado ruido, costaba dormir, pero sin el era insoportable el calor

El hotel no respetó mi reservación, permiten la sobre-reservación sin importarles la afectación que causan a los clientes, por correo e confirmaron el horario para llegar, llegué en horario y me dijeron que yo debía llegar antes, además de que el trato del personal es grosero. Lo que alcance a ver de las instalaciones son malas

Pues solo tenía ventilador que trabajaba a medias, el lugar poco salubre, muchos mosquitos, telarañas en las esquinas, las camas en mal estado. No lo recomiendo.
