El aire acondicionado no servia con el confol remoto que nos asignaron. Tuvimos que ir a recepcion en 2 ocasiones a cambiarlo. Paso lo mismo con el conotrol de la televisión. La habitacion olia mucho a humedad porque el agua de la ducha se acumula y no se va por la coladera, la alberca no estaba limpia, la camarera entro a la habitacion sin tocar la puerta ni avisar. No dejaban toallas y cuando la.pediamos sólo nos entregaban 2, éramos 4 personas.

Lo peor que te puedan ofrecer, nada que ver con las imagenes que muestran, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, no se puede dormir por el hedor que hay, los climas no sirven y por si fuera poco las camas tambien huelen mal, no tiene agua caliente, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y esta lleno de basura Lo peor que pude hacer es reservar en este pesimo y horrible lugar…

En recepción tardan mucho en atender y en mi experiencia entregaron la habitación sin limpiar y todavía tuve que esperar a que la limpiaran pero de ahí en fuera creo que todo bien, el Oxxo a un costado es muy práctico, el estacionamiento muy bien!
