What a disappointment
It was a pity our stay in this hotel. We had stayed a long time ago and never had an issue here. However, this time the staff was not welcoming, incredibly rude and did not understand a sensitive situation regarding my niece, who is a minor.

Hotel Location a few blocks from malecón near the Harbor. Excellent secure onsite parking. Manager of hotel was kind enough to allow a move to a better room due to a stiff mattress. Very accommodating- no extra charge.

I like the fact that the employees were always trying to help and the only thing that I did not like was that on my last day there were a party of people drunk in the first floor talking and making noises while it was early in the morning.

The room was very clean, the area is very quiet during the day and within walking distance to the "boardwalk". Plenty of places to dine and shop. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Veracruz.

Needs renovating. Convenient location. Waiter brought a beer and a coffee and the price was outrageous. He didnt bring a receipt. Brings me to think that he charged more. Nice little swimming pool.
