Good value, location to beach was 4 blocks!

Dated hotel. Location was great and 4 blocks from the beach. Walked to restaurants, shopping abd coffee. Breakfast was a skip, below average. Front desk staff was very friendly and offered us an upgrade since it was slow. Blue Agave next door was very good with great service. Bring dollar bills as vending machines didn't take cards and they can't make change. Beds were comfortable. Area felt safe

Rooms are clean and comfortable and nicely maintained. 2 blocks to the downtown Ventura that has great shops and restaurants. About two blocks to the beach, all very walkable. Nice/simple free continental breakfast. Front desk staff very nice. Parking lot small but no issues with on street parking.
