Everything was great. Lorena is an absolute gem!! We specified we would be paying cash at check out. When checking out the man up front already had a receipt for a credit card transaction. We did not authorize that. We paid cash and had to tell him to give us a receipt that read CASH paid. We weren’t happy with that at all. That’s why the 4 stars. Lorena… she’s a 10 star employee for sure.

Reasonably priced medium average quality
Pool and spa area was good, continental breakfast and Happy hr was nice. Carpet in rooms were not the cleanest, bathroom sink trap had a very strong smell. Hotel was close to a lot of different city activities such as botanical gardens downtown, great pizza place Tony’s Pizzaria a cute tiki bar and Rubicon theater. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place with nice amenities this is a a good spot. Minus the little room details. Staff was nice too!

The property was great. Super close to everything. The rooms were great the jacuzzzi was very nice the people were super as well. The only issue I had was there was no ice in the whole hotel. But we will still come back.

i guess you can't move your property elsewhere. i can hear freeway car sounds all night. had only 3 hour sleep. we are so used quite neighborhood. sorry, but i could never go back there again. but breakfast was very good with waffles!

It was my first time staying and it was a wonderful experience. The front desk agent was amazing he was a sweetheart and allowed us to use the pool after pool hours which was fantastic because it was a warm night. Room way very large with a gorgeous view. Complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. Will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is fine. The balconies are badly designed, and the freeway is between you and Ventura pier and the beach. It is extremely noisy.

busy weekend no Ice on floors, when asked front desk sorry no ice, I walked over to kitchen ask attendant he stated on break cant help you. But around the corner there is a ice machine that works. Staff needs more customer service training.

Our stay was very good, excellent staff, easy check in, clean room. Snacks at 5pm and breakfast was great! One thing i would like to share is that pool wasnt clean, water was cloudy with debris.
