Everything was great. The place didn’t have onsite parking, so I parked at Parcheggio Saba Stazione Venezia Mestre for discounted rate. It was a bit far, but they allowed me to unload and load in front of the registration.

I never been to any place this dirty. There are hairs on the bed sheet and blanket when we checked in. We asked for new blanket and ir is even worse, inside the duvet, there are more hair( straight and curly hair) if you know what i mean.

Excellent apartment option for nearby Venice. Very close to the train station, a couple of restaurants and bars. There is a huge supermarket very close by for stocking up on essentials. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and made the stay more enjoyable. Apartment is well appointed with the usual amenities and a few more besides if your stay is longer. It has most of what you need, although a corkscrew and a plug for the sink would not go amiss. If you are planning on visiting Venice for a few days, the Staycity Apartments are an excellent option and highly recommended. 😊

This trip was both my and my partners first time going to Venice and we were looking at staying in Mestre for the time we were there since it was a very short trip to get to Venice centre. When we arrived the staff were very nice and polite and we were able to check in quickly, they also advised us about going into Venice as we was unaware there was a fee of 10 Euros per person if you pay within 4 days of going but since we paid the tax which is 70 cents per person per night we didn't have to pay that. Overall the room was very nice, large shower, clean kitchen with all the things you would need.

The staff was excellent and always helpful. One of the best features was their communication site through WhatsApp. You ask it a question it gives you an answer and it was so helpful. Everything was great and I would love to come back again someday!

This was great access to transportation 2 min away 1 bus ride 15 min to Venice. Supermarket 3 min away. The only thing was during my stay the laundry room was being worked on and I had to go outside to a laundry mat and they do not take credit card cash euros only...so a little inconvenience. Other then that great place.

We rented it for the convenience of the kitchen but the microwave oven didn't work, they said they would send maintenance out the next day, only to be told it didn't work. The bathroom had a leak and it smelled horrible. They offer a laundry room that was not useful either.
