The staff was amazing and the rooms were really nice. The bathroom had an awesome shower and a heated towel rack. The location was perfect! You are right by the Rialto bridge and very close to the water taxis.

The staff in this hotel are very sweet, but we just haven’t had a great experience. Room was extremely small for the price, and when I had a shower, it flooded the whole bathroom and room, leaving everything soaking. When I tried to raise the issue, no one came to help for an hour. We called the front desk multiple times and pressed the room bell the same. I also went down to the desk but no one was around, at 6pm on a Saturday. Ended up having to email the hotel from the room. A lovely girl came up later to give us more towels but there have been no apologies or compensation from the hotel at all. We came back that evening and one of the shower shelves had fallen off the wall with all our things on the shower floor leaking. Just generally unhappy with things and the attitude of the hotel to just ignore the situation. I was hoping for a cute little boutique hotel in a good location but at this point I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

When we arrived to Venice for our trip, the staff had arranged transportation to the hotel for us. Unfortunately, we paid 170 euros for a 10 minute car ride and 5 minute boat ride to the hotel. This was just for one way. The photos are extremely misleading as we upgraded 2x to a comfort double room that was a shoe box. You could not even open the door to the bathroom and the shower at the same time. We also had to insert our room key into a machine to even turn the lights on, and if you took it out everything turned off. You could also hear every single word said in adjoining rooms and everything outside was echoing all night long. Once we learned there was a train strike the day of our departure, we asked the staff if they could cancel our second night stay even if there was a penalty fee, and they refused. So we left early and they didn’t give us a single penny back. Expedia also was ZERO help with this and only offered a $75 gift card that could only be used at certain places. I do not recommend.

Very happy we chose this hotel! Great location which was quiet yet close to everything… on the grand canal makes access easy. The decor is classy yet modern. Good breakfast and helpful personnel. Would stay again!

The location and room were great! The young lady with beautiful curly hair working at the front desk(I wish I could remember her name) was a great host and quite friendly. The room was clean and very unique. Pleasant and quiet and very large size. Very close to the ferry that takes you to the train station. And the view of the 16th century bridge was amazing. No regrets choosing this location.
