Location was terrific. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was very small but cozy. Perfect for a day or two. Located close to Rialto bridge. Breakfast room overlooks Grande Canal

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very quiet and quaint. The staff is top notch, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Will even entertain the most obvious questions with a smile. We had a room overlooking the canal; keeping the shutters and windows closed helps mitigate the noise, i do recommend a white noise machine or app to help. Otherwise the room is very comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast is delicious, great cappuccinos with a wide verity of food to choose from. Since located in the center of town it's close to everything, from landmarks to transportation. Wish my stay was longer, hope to be back soon.

What a fabulous property! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t fault it. The location was amazing and the views of the grand canal were breathtaking. Our room was amazing and the breakfast was lovely too. Very easy to get to from the train even with a big suitcase!

Amazing place. Great rooms, service, location. And a great rooftop bar. Not the cheapest but cabs get to the from door, authentic Rome experience, best bakery in Rome across the street, funky gelato next door, everything walkable, good restaurants within feet…. You’ll save on travel and time. We wil be back.

Had a family vacation after our cruise and spent a couple days in Venice. We selected the hotel because of location, positive reviews and a smaller facility. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and provided amenities that we desired ( safe, mini fridge, tv, a/c etc. very comfortable and great location to walk everywhere in Venice in 15-20 minutes. Great restaurants, wine bars and shopping close by. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast provided various pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurts, juices and coffee of your choosing. Would stay there again. Hotel overlooks Grand Canal by Rialto bridge.

Honest review.
If you dont expect much then this hotel is for you. Very basic, small and not a great selection for breakfast as other reviews would have you think. You pay for the location which is good but only if you want to spend all day in the hotel, so dont go to Venice then. Overall Venice is over rated and over priced.
