I absolutely love this place. Attending an International art festival a few years ago in Venice, accommodations were extravagant. I looked outside of Venice center and found this hotel. Beautiful grounds/rooms, great service, food, everything. . When I had the opportunity to return recently, no question about where I would stay. They have shuttle to Quarto D’Altimo train station but I enjoyed the 20 minute walk there and back. The food was fantastic at the hotel. The staff…the most cheerful and helpful anywhere.

This is the only place I stay, when visiting Italy. They have a shuttle that takes you to the train station, only 5 minutes away, where you can reach Venice in less than 20 minutes. The staff is so kind and caring! The property is beautiful! I’ll be back soon!

A lovely establishment made more so by the friendliness of the staff. From Delano, Giorgia, and Francisca, you couldn't ask for a better experience. Hotel is but a few minutes away from the center of Venice which makes for a less harried experience. Make sure to include the breakfast option in your booking! It's quite a varied and enjoyable spread. You won't be sorry for booking this stay here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Francesca and all other staff were most friendly, pleasant and welcoming to us. The location is close by to the train station so is very convenient to travel to Venice and to Trieste to the port. Also, the buffet breakfast was delicious, fresh with lots to choose from. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Clean and spacious hotel. Lots of onsite free parking. Great breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel. Close drive to the train station that offers free parking. The hotel offers a free shuttle if needed. Train into Venice is only 30 minutes and less than 4€ per person.

Was a beautiful hotel, I wish we had stayed here for our entire time in Venice. There was a wedding and they played very very loud music pretty late, but other than that it was perfect. The lobby also smelled sooo good.
