Charming place, we stayed one night and it was perfect for it. The front desk suggested a restaurant was incredible the food was one of the best we had during our Italian tour.

Great location

Chosen primarily for the location, the hotel is well placed and easy to find. Breakfast was great. The room on the ground floor was firectly at street level which was very noisy from about 0530 with trolleys, suitcases etc being dragged directly outside your exterior facing door. Rooms were OK but the shower in the bathroom had no door so you had to be careful not to soak everything. Would stay again but only for a short period.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was too hot even putting the fan on high. And the street below due to alley way and cobblestones made it noisy throughout the night/early morning.

Practically NO wifi at all. Even regular phone signal did not work. The front desk staff was unhelpful in extending the check out time by 10 minutes There was mould in the bathroom. The room had a musty smell

not good for longer stay

My room was tiny, could hardly move around inside. The A/C leaked, water floating all over on the ground. No sound isolation at all, I could hear people talking/walking by outside at night. Fortunately, I only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport early the next morning. Good location though.

This hotel was so charming, comfortable and clean. The location was so convenient - located 5 minutes from the train and bus stations, water taxi, many restaurants and shops yet it was quiet and secure in it's side alley. I absolutely loved everything about it.
