Proximity to Venice airport and good dining places positive. The facility is undergoing improvements, for example a gardening company was filling planters with flowers and plants during our stay. The reception area was welcoming with refreshments and fresh fruit. No dining however on site though provided shuttle service to nearby trendy restaurant. Driver was great.

Very close to the Marco Polo airport.

The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

Everything about this property was beautiful. Close to the bus stops, and you can walk to get food if needed. The pool was great, and there were poolside snacks if you were hungry. The breakfast buffet was freshly made and so good. Very close to the airport and a 15-minute drive or 1-hour bus ride to the canal! Amazing stay and staff.

Great for a one or two night stay close to airport

Pros: good option for staying very close to airport. Room was small but comfortable, with a large washroom. Beds were comfortable also, and breakfast buffet had decent food. Did not use the outdoor pool, but it looked extremely inviting and would have used it if we had more time, it was lovely. Staff at check in and at breakfast were both very nice, and very helpful. Cons: the room was too hot and could not figure out if it was even possible to lower the temperature, pushed the right buttons but no change, it just kept getting hotter over the course of the night but I didnt see anyone at front desk to ask for help, as it was late. I think considering how close the hotel is to the airport, that the shuttle bus should be included and free. The breakfast could be better, especially the coffee, Im in Italy I would have liked an espresso or cappuccino. I have to say that the small pancakes were delicious even though they were cold, they really were. For improvement I would suggest offering a cheap coffee + cornetto breakfast for those that dont have time to linger before heading to the airport. In the room, adding some kind of table or surface in the bathroom where one can put their toiletries, what was there was very small considering the size of the washroom. Overall I would use this hotel again if I needed to stay in the area, it’s a lovely property. And a short walk away is the bus stop into old Venice (20 min ride) swipe your credit card on the bus, no tkt purchase required.

Friendly staff at check-in. Convenient located. 20 Euro taxi to the resort. Could not get hold of the shuttle service provided. Solid convenient rooms and the hotel has some nice charm. Breakfast could use some attention- friendliness in service was not impressive.
