The staff's response was terrible, especially when I was in a difficult situation. Their explanations were unclear, and their attitude was not suitable for dealing with guests. On top of that, there was no breakfast provided, making it a terrible hotel experience overall. The facilities were also outdated.

Very convenient, across the street from the train station. Good for a quick one/two day stay. Nice and clean. Very basic. Continental breakfast was just okay. There's a lot of homeless but they stay away, we had no issues. Would stay here again.

The location is great for a day trip to venice but the location needs to work better on the customer service. Some people next to me complained about mosquitoes and in my room air-conditioning wasnt working. Room felt stuffy and hot.
