Hotel was fabulous. Right on the canal - boat taxi drop at the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel looked authentic and historic, but was clean and modern. Got upgraded to Jr. Suite and was blown away with how nice it was. Small dining & bar area perfect for quiet breakfasts or afternoon snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

beaitiful hotel with fabulous breakfast in a quieter area of the city. room size was small ( we travelled - 2 week trip - with 2 med sized cases and there was nowhere to store them in the room) but guessing this is a common theme in Venice with its ancient buildings. in no way a deal breaker

Beautiful palazzo hotel

This is a lovely palazzo hotel, this is our second stay. The room was lovely but unlike the last one we stayed in this one didn't have a view, just a wall three feet away. Also the sound insulation from the room upstairs was terrible. The biggest disappointment was however the breakfast - very limited buffet and egg dishes on order for extra charge. That certainly changed from the time three years ago when the buffet was well stocked. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and in a perfect spot near Accademia.

This is a great Hotel right in the heart of the action but still provides a comfortable quiet room - we didn’t hear any noise. It is convenient to all of the historic sights of Istanbul within walking distance. Shout out to the amazing Conciege staff especially Can Burak who goes above and beyond with a smile - he is an asset to the property.

Our experience exceeded expectations. Staying at Nani was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, it’s convenient to everything you want to do in Venice and it’s easy to navigate transportation from the train station and airport. The staff are delightful and breakfast was delicious. You pay a small upcharge for made to order eggs but there are plenty of other options to begin your day that are included. The bed was comfortable, but the staff really made our trip special. I was celebrating my birthday and they went out of their way to bring me joy.

Reconditioned palazzo with modern infrastructure. Somewhat compact breakfast room which got crowded at times.The property has other areas on the first floor which could be used for this purpose. Breakfast buffet offering adequate; cooked breakfast charged extra. Courtyard with sitting area and fountain a plus.Staff was knowledgeable and courteous.
