Perfect choice to explore Venice. We highly recommend this gem. It is located in the heart of San Marco convenient to all attractions, fine dining and transportation. The room was clean, breakfast plentiful and even offered Afternoon Tea. Exceeded our expectations.

From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. He let us know that the hotel had complimentary water taxi to Murano and we took advantage. We did go on our own to Burano and had a lovely complimentary breakfast . Only issue we had was having to leave window open to get the room to cool down but there was no screen so we got bitten up a bit. Overall would stay here again!

First visit to Venice.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the museum. They provided an excellent free breakfast. And afternoon tea. I would highly recommend this hotel. The have an elevator, which was great since we were on the 4th floor.

We loved the location, staff were great and breakfast was great selection. The bathroom was really clean and a lot larger than we expected. The feedback I’d have is we found the room rather hot but weren’t able to figure out the ac. We had to open the bedroom window instead which made the room nosier at night. Otherwise it was great.

The room had the best bathroom we came across in Italy. The room itself was cozy and comfortable with two windows overlooking the little street. Bunch of restaurants within 1 minute walk. 5 minute walk from st mark square. Would definitely use again. The included breakfast was really good each morning.

Great hotel minutes from St. Mark’s Square

Hotel in a great location in Venice, just minutes from St. Marks Square. The hotel staff was friendly and offered us a tour of the Murano glass factory. It was a fun experience. Breakfast was excellent too!
