Everything was excellent, especially Mustafa, the person who is in charge of the customer service. He guided and supported us every single day. The breakfast and the person in charge was very kind and helpful, too. These people, along with the person who does the cleaning were phenomenal. Thanks Mustafa for everything you did for my family. They give us all the way on 3 floor there is no elevator to bring your luggage to 3 floor. When I ask the someone to help us to bring the luggage down stair they don’t have any help to bring it down. I request for 1 floor they say no don’t have other rooms. And I see the lots of room was empty.

Very nice renovated home like hotel. Very close to all the most importance landmarks in Venice. Walking distance to the port. Very nice staff. The front desk manager and the night staff Mustafa were all very nice. The have a special policy to make you feel safe to stay in the town.

Our front desk clerk Moustafa (sp?) was awesome. He was welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately our room had mosquitos…and the alley leading to the hotel was littered with garbage.

This is an old property converted to a hotel so rooms and access are not uniform and stairs are part of the experience. Outlets were sparse, but toilets were modern, and AC was comfortable.

Could not fault anything about the place. Immaculately clean, especially the en suite. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder. Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs. Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed. We would highly recommend.

An Absolute Gem

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.

Great location away from the tourist mobs

Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!

Ett utmärkt och intimt hotell i Venedig

En riktig pärla till boende. Hotellet ligger i en tystare del av Venedig, vilket innebär att du inte störs av det eviga nattlivet. Men absolut inte avlägset. 15-20 minuters promenad till Markusplatsen eller, om man föredrar, ett par enkla stopp med Vaporetton. Mycket bekvämt avstånd till allt. Rummet vi fick var alldeles nyrenoverat. Två våningar där det fanns en dubbelsäng på ovanvåning och två enkelsängar på botten. Utmärkt för en familj på två vuxna och två tonåringar. Frukosten var bra. Inte lika välsorterad som de stora kedjorna, men mer genuint. Inget att klaga på alls vad det gäller detta. Servicen var något alldeles extra. Det var så familjärt och nära att vi nästan kände oss hemma. Fick manga bra tips i receptionen, både kring vad vi kunde besöka och hur vi bäst transporterade oss. Det enda man som gäst bör vara uppmärksam pågår att det inte finns någon hiss. Så har man svårt att ta trappor skulle jag kanske inte välja detta. För alla oss andra så rekommenderar jag detta varmt!
