The hotel is in a central location, close to all the shopping and the square. We were able to walk everywhere needed within 10 minutes. The hotel has been recently renovated and was very safe and nice. It still has the historic vibe to it but was very clean. It has an elevator and AC. The breakfast was also very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great, but I would take a wall view over staying here again. We endured a night without working AC. When we raised the issue, we were given a box fan instead of an immediate solution. It seemed many parts of the hotel were experiencing the same problem, so we tried to be understanding. However, on the second day, we were told the AC had been fixed, yet we had to go down three separate times to address the ongoing issue. The staff member in charge offered no explanation, instead claiming it was our fault because the card needed to be in the holder for the AC to function. After repeatedly explaining that it had been, they eventually provided an additional key and told us to return in an hour. The temperature was still reading 25 degrees. The gentlemen in charge of the front desk was exceedingly rude, and it wasn't until my husband intervened that we were finally moved to another room. The staff member refused to apologize or provide any explanation, which is simply unacceptable. While our room on the second night was adequate, we were only able to enjoy it for a few hours before leaving. I strongly advise finding another place to stay; the view does not justify the poor treatment from the staff.

It’s nicely located near San Marco Squarre. The rooms are what I believe in the traditional Venetian style. The front desk staff is professional, but not very personable. Was never asked if it went well at check out. It feels very much like a factory hotel, with high turnout, they just care to get you in and out, but I would expect a little more for people staying more than a night. Perhaps, I was wrong. Breakfast is okay, no more no less. Got disturbed three times in ten/ fifteen minutes by housekeeping. That’s a little much. I wish they had different hand soap. The smell is like some old soap bars from the 80s.

The property is in a fantastic location just of St Marks square, the hotel boasts a bar we’re you can sit and watch the gondolas go past. The room was clean and perfect for its intended use which was pretty much a place to sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. Really couldn’t ask for anything else.

This is NOT a four star hotel. I will say it is the perfect location for lovers of Saint marcs sq. It's literally steps away. The rooms are Tiny tiny tiny.....ugh very disappointed for the price. You have to request a iron and the TV has one channel. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was plenty. This is a boutique hotel. Not at all what I'm use to for the price. The soaker tub was a plus but the bed was hard. The room was always cold. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful.the room looked nothing like the pictures too modern. My vision was old Venetian. It was my first time in Italy so my excitement was outside of this hotel.

Location was great for walking central Venice and the plaza. Being able to get picked up by water taxi right at the hotel was very convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. One complaint was only one, single cup coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in a long line and wait to get coffee and chaos at breakfast.

The property and staff were excellent. But the included breakfast was a complete shambles 1 coffee machine for over 100 people had to que for a table the que for the coffee machine was out the door and got in the way of the food a lot of grumpy people not a good start to the day Apparently they are renovating an extra area and the second coffee machine is broken none of that is my fault and I still had to pay top dollar quite poor really if they can’t cater for breakfast they shouldn’t include it and charge less for the rooms
