Canal grande was a fine hotel, very friendly desk and staff. Room was excellent and good sized. Only downside was that our room was not connected to the main building of the hotel and was in a separate building with no reception desk.

This hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP. They were very friendly and accommodating. Charla at the front desk was especially wonderful!
