Clean, safe, quiet and close to the Santa Lucia train station. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bathroom had a big tub. Neither the hand shower nor the jucuzzi jets worked. Breakfast was excellent.

I would like to sincerely Thank Mirko for his excellent service. We arrived at the Hotel I believe 2-3 hours ahead of check-in; and with no hesitation Mirko made arrangements and checked us in. The whole check-in and check-out process took less than 5 minutes. The location was perfect; a 2-3 minute walk and you're already witnessing the breathtaking view of Venice. Their breakfast was impressive; a wide range of food. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend this place; espcially if you're with a little one. My baby was 18 months old.

We have stayed here on all our visits to Venice and we like the history of the property and the location away from the hustle and bustle. Easy access to public transportation, but also easy to walk to the sights or just to wander down little side canals. But the main draw is the people. They are so very hospitable and helpful and make each visit feel like coming home.

Very convenient location, just one block from train station. We arrived late evening, were able to find a good Korean restaurant only one minute away. Room was very clean, the beddings and towels were top quality. The complimentary breakfast buffet was so good, so many choices. Great staffs and service. Really happy c our stay.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no kettle and shower curtain in the room, so the floor got soaking wet after a shower.

Hotel is pretty near to the main train station but hidden in a small lane, so away from the hustle and bustle of the Venice station but yet convenient location to take the water buses. However, as opposed to what was mentioned in the description, there was no AC, so had to open the windows. My room was on the ground floor and the windows open out to the courtyard and there were people talking at the courtyard right into the wee hours, making our sleep very difficult. The room was also rather old and cramped. Staff was very helpful when we had to leave our luggage after check out to continue exploring the city. Breakfast was decent with good spread of the usual stuff.

Beautiful old palace charmingly converted to a hotel. One minute walk from Santa Lucia station and Grand Canal. Good breakfast, charming staff, highly recommended. Better facilities than usual in 3 star hotels.

I recommend Abbazia hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful approachable. My stay in Abbazia was amazing. The location is near the train station. Everything you need is there good restaurants nearby. The breakfast in Abbazia was excellent
