Amazing experience at this property. Very accessible to the surrounding areas, including Venice, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel and they sell the bus tickets right there. The front desk guy was very helpful. He gave me lots of advice and helped me to extend my reservation with ease. I will recomend this location to my friends for future trips.

The hotel was clean; the staff spoke English well and were very friendly and supportive; We woke up late, so the maid staff still came by and offered us fresh towels and waters, which was very much appreciated; the king-sized bed was comfortable, the TV service was good, the bathroom was great

The hotel was a good location to downtown Venice. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel and the bus was about 15 min or so to the main stop in Venice. The staff was great, spoke English well, and were very helpful. The only complaint was a personal one as we were put in a handicap room which had an inconvenient bathroom and shower for non handicap couple. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

There’s a bus stop just out front of the hotel with regular service to the islands. Perfect location to stay for the price. Excellent staff and assistance as well. Room was clean, organized and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Room was clean and spacious. Great bus connection into Venice in front of hotel Restaurant including breakfast buffet very good. Hotel staff very helpful answering questions and getting us bus tickets into Venice. Good shuttle from hotel to airport. Overall a very good stay. Location is perfect, super friendly staff and they give great advice on how to get to Venice island. However some odd things happened with the room like lights turning on and off for no reason and the shower head being broken and not fixed or moved rooms even after we reported it to reception.

Terrible expérience started at the restaurant with a poor service and waiter had accident with the red wine all over my clothes and my husbands clothes. Did not respond correctly. No help. The day after we were supposed to have a taxi ordered with the reception the day before and arrived 20 minutes late. We were leaving to the airport ! Not a good experience with this Hilton. Hilton family would not have been proud .

I was skeptical booking as I was worried we'd be far from the main attraction, Venice. I couldn't be happier with our decision. Transportation to Venice was super easy (2 stops by bus with frequent service) with the transit pass. Coming back to the hotel and spending time at the pool at the end of a long, hot and busy day was a welcome relief. Something my 6 year old son looked forward to all day. The only the hotel is lacking, is walkable restaurant or food options. It's on a highway so there isn't much they can do about that. Paying for the breakfast is the best option to ensure you get a good meal ahead of a busy day. It was a great breakfast. We had one dinner at the restaurant which was also amazing. They have some nice options for kids (simple things that kids like to eat). The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Thank you for a nice stay,

Lovely modern hotel with great facilities, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. Conveniently located for visiting Venice which is only a 12-minute bus ride away with a bus stop right outside the hotel and buses running several times an hour during the day and late into the evening. Easy to get to and from Venice Marco Polo airport via the number 5 airport bus or the hotel’s own minibus shuttle service. Highly recommended.
