Very nice hotel, needs a bit of TLC to room carpet and scuffed walls, but overall, very pleasant, comfortable bed, great bath and water pressure. Nice little restaurant across the street, close proximity to railway station, very reasonable shuttle cost to airport. Staff was accommodating and pleasant, especially Marta whose help and patience after my meeting too many rude and unhelpful people upon arrival in Venice, had me at wits end and on the verge of tears. Will definitely recommend staying here.

Loved staying at this hotel as it is not in Venice and so the crowds are minimal and it is very quiet. Staff was excellent. Short walk to the train station to get to Venice and surrounding areas. One thing I didn't like was there is no options for morning coffee or breakfast only the hotel buffet which we did the first morning but it wasn't very good. I'd give that a 2 1/2 out of 5. Second morning we just wanted coffee and a croissant but there were no other options.

Hotel is nice and breakfast was really good.. The only bad thing is room too hot. It was on 29 when I woke up at 4am and could not sleep back.. My husband went to receptionist to ask if we can have air conditioning and it work for a lil bit. During check out, I ask the lady why our room is hot she said sorry but at night we dont turn off ari conditioning. I was surprise and she was not sorry at all.

Really excellent hotel. Very convenient to access from the airport (10 minute drive) and convenient to travel into Venice old town. Reception manned 24 hours so no worries checking in after a late flight (we arrived at 11pm). Found the room to be very comfortable and quiet, everything spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking on-site, hotel is well presented. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting Venice. Highly recommend.
