Our stay was pretty quick. We spent two nights here at the beginning of a three week trip. The room is MUCH smaller than it looks in the photos. There was barely room for two suit cases and ourselves. We booked a water taxi for the end of our trip to take us to the airport who sent the pick-up information to the hotel directly. The hotel claimed they never received any information. Turned out it went to the hotel's "spam" email folder. We missed our water taxi and had to spend an extra 33 euro to get the public water bus and almost missed our flight. (literally running in the airport) Other than this massive oversight which caused us much stress, the hotel was fine. It was clean but had a very small room. I would probably stay there again if I was in the same financial situation.

The property was amazing. Definitely my favourite stay on my 10 day italy trip across the country. Very clean and well put together rooms. Has snacks and an espresso machine with pods. No breakfast but very close to the main attractions, around 5-10 minute walk.

This place was so cute and very conveniently located right near the grand canal, bus stop, restaurants, and St. Mark’s Basilica. It was very easy to find, close enough to walk to everything, and had everything we needed. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the room is small, but was fine for us for 2 nights. Check-in was confusing and weird, as there is nobody there when you arrive. We got there in the pouring rain and rang and rang the doorbell but nobody came, so we had to wait for a guest to walk out so we could come inside. Once inside, the keys are just sitting on the desk in an envelope with your name on them, and there is nobody there. The following day there was a “receptionist” on Zoom at a computer on the front desk, which was odd. There are also different signs and notices everywhere on the front desk, which provided information on paying the city tax and checking out, which felt pretty confusing. Overall it was a nice stay and very good location, but the receptionist situation, and process for checking in and out, was not the best experience.

Location was great, close to vaporetto stop (Rialto), close to san Marco. Room was as expected in terms of size, etc. No phone in room, so no way to get wakeup calls which would be nice to have. A safe in the room would be nice to have. Service was good, when we contacted them, the response (through virtual terminal) was good.
