This hotel didn’t meet my expectations. It started with calling for shuttle and being told “I’ll call you back…”, then no shuttle available. The front desk wasn’t too welcoming. This was more of a motel and didn’t feel very clean or safe.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, I like everything about this place, the only one thing was missing they didn’t have elevator. Next time I will request first floor room. Thanks.

I did not pick up on the fact that while close to the airport, this motel is in a neighborhood. Has a very nice restaurant attached to it and the food was very good. It was very convenient to get to the airport in the morning. the room itself Was just outside the main office and there were quite a few people talking loudly in the evening. The bathroom was a good size but could use some bleach around the edges. Great place for the price paid

Really small room but it was clean and comfortable. Room on the first floor was up a flight of stairs that were kind of steep, so keep that in mind with lugging your suitcases. The gal at reception was really friendly though and did help us with them, which was greatly appreciated. Not walking distance to the airport, but it was nice to get a shuttle at 4:30 am and was a lot cheaper than Uber.

three of us stayed overnight for a flight out the next day. Cool was able to shuttle us to ZAG for less than half the cost of a taxi. Not only did we have a clean room and a bed each, we ate at their restaurant on sight. The pizza was phenomenal and I would definitely stay here again .

Loved our short stay at Hotel Cool. We arrived at almost 2am and staff stayed up to make sure we found our way straight to our room allowing us to check in the next morning... Excellent service. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Just 5 mins from Zagreb airport.

The manager could not do enough to ensure our after midnight check-in went smoothly. Videos were sent to ensure we knew where the keys would be, then stayed until we arrived. What a superstar!! The morning manager/driver was super helpful as well. The room was clean and comfy for an overnight stay. The breakfast was very basic, but did the trick. Very conveniently close to the airport. Thanks for all your help for our first night in Croatia.
