Beautiful beach. Amazing pool especially if you’re a swimmer! There are six! lap lanes!! The staff if very polite and nice. Good gym. Game room and outdoor games and activities. Very quiet and secluded. The room was fairly clean but there were leak marks on the ceiling. Not a big deal but certainly something Hyatt should be ok with.

The property is a little bit run down considering its a Hyatt property. Pros: Fantastic private beach, the right side of beach is great for swimming. The staff is great and really warm. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Anything you could possibly need was provided. From laundry detergent, dish soap, appliances like blenders, toasters, glaasware, plates, utensils etc. Such a convenient place to stay, especially with kids. Located in a very safe neighborhood with all of the US conveniences at your disposal. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property was excellent. Rooms great; cleaning staff great; the restaurant Mahi Mahi was excellent but it would be good to have an alternative for those without a car on site or for those wishing to just hang out solely at the resort.
